We collect the minimum needed to match you well and keep meetups safe. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
Waitlist signups: name, email, neighbourhood, gender, interests, travel preferences, and an optional favourite café.
At launch: profile details, availability, lifestyle badges (drinking and 420 preferences), and verification results.
Location privacy
We use general neighbourhood zones only. Your home address is never shown to a match, and midpoints are calculated from zones rather than exact addresses.
Identity documents
ID and selfie verification is processed by bank-grade third-party providers. We receive a pass or fail result; we do not store your ID document.
We email you a signup confirmation and early-access updates for your neighbourhood. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message.
Retention and your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@coffeedatesonly.ca. We delete waitlist records on request.
CoffeeDatesOnly is an independent matching platform. Venue names and public locations are listed solely for meetup identification and do not imply official partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by featured establishments.
